Allied OMS is pleased to announce that Joelle Duroseau has been promoted to Vice President, Business Development.
Joelle has played an instrumental role in our M&A growth since he joined Allied in 2022. While he initially supported the team with financial analysis and completing due diligence, he now helps lead our origination and financial analysis efforts that lead to successful doctor partnerships.
Through Joelle’s due diligence efforts, we are able to identify practice synergies, along with areas of the practice that we can immediately improve – resulting in better patient care and happier staff for all of our new partnerships.
